Character Short Bios:

Helios: This enigmatic creature was created by the old gods as the progenitor of all local stars. He is initially unaware of other galaxies before the arrival of human explorers. As 'artificial life', he is primarily concerned with his ‘duty’. Despite his formidable appearance, Helios is revered as a surprisingly friendly guide for those lost in the vast darkness of space. Legends say he saved the first outsider expedition centuries ago. 

Ariapolios: Submerged in a peaceful lagoon lies an ancient wise being who is quietly observing all life that she cultivates in her realm. While functionally immortal, she considers this existence a curse as a lifeform that only changes of her own volition and not by nature itself. Born of many contradictions, she seeks the truth in a sea of deceit and justice for lives lost. Ariapolios is known to be gentle regardless of her fervor.

Solanus: “Strange one, the elements here are not forces of destruction. Flames purify the land’s detritus to make way for hardier creatures. Is cultivating evolution not a noble duty? I too was reborn from the ashes. While I cannot allow a greater tragedy to arise, I... will not fight you."
